No Limits

I have Decided to sleep when I am tired, drink coffee when I feel like a coffee and to eat when I am hungry -

I Realized that I had valued daytime as “more valuable” for working or doing things (obviously there are practical aspects to consider) and that I believed that drinking coffee after 8 pm could prevent me from sleeping through the night and that I required at least three meals a day and that chicken cannot be eaten in the morning…

It is surprising how easily self-limitation is taken for granted…
