Not trusting Viktor – From: Diffusing Blame and taking Self-Responsibility in Relationships
a) Judging him according to past experiences
1. I Forgive myself that I have Accepted and Allowed myself to judge and define Viktor according to how I experienced him in the past
2. I Forgive myself that I have Accepted and Allowed myself to hold onto a perception, judgment and definition of Viktor based on memories of how I experienced him in the past
3. I Forgive myself that I have Accepted and Allowed myself to believe that I cannot and should not trust Viktor based on memories of past experiences
4. I Forgive myself that I have not Accepted and Allowed myself to diffuse judgment, definitions and perceptions of Viktor that I had in the past
5. I Forgive myself that I have Accepted and Allowed myself to believe that Viktor is the same as before
6. I Forgive myself that I have not Accepted and Allowed myself to Realize that Viktor has changed
7. I Forgive myself that I have Accepted and Allowed myself to accept that I cannot trust Viktor
8. I Forgive myself that I have Accepted and Allowed myself to justify for myself that I cannot trust Viktor based on holding onto experiences of Viktor in the past
9. I Forgive myself that I have not Accepted and Allowed myself to let go of judgments of Viktor in the past
10. I Forgive myself that I have not Accepted and Allowed myself to Realize that the judgment and fear I experienced towards Viktor in the past, was based on me not taking Responsibility for myself and not being Self-Honest
11. I Forgive myself that I have Accepted and Allowed myself to judge Viktor as secretive, manipulative, not willing to share and that he will pretend like he is stable when he is not
12. I Forgive myself that I have Accepted and Allowed myself to insist on holding onto fear of Viktor abusing and manipulating me
13. I Forgive myself that I have Accepted and Allowed myself to believe that if I let go of the fear that Viktor will abuse and manipulate me and if I actually allow myself to trust him, to open up with him, he will use this against me, instead of realizing that I am only able to be abused and manipulated, if I allow it and therefore this is not about Viktor, but about me being Self-Honest, Self-Responsible and Self-Directing
14. I Forgive myself that I have not Accepted and Allowed myself to trust Viktor unconditionally
15. I Forgive myself that I have not Accepted and Allowed myself to trust myself to Direct myself with Viktor
16. I Forgive myself that I have Accepted and Allowed myself to hold Viktor accountable and thus trapped in the definition I have given him in the past of being manipulative and abusive, deceptive and secretive and in this not realizing that by doing so, I am basically expecting and accepting him as this – instead of letting go of all memories and past experiences
- I do not Accept myself to hold onto fear and memories about being abused by Viktor and in this a definition of Viktor as being Abusive, Deceptive and Secretive – I stop this experience and delete all memories
- I do not Allow myself to hold onto condition or limit myself to see, experience, define and perceive Viktor, myself or anyone else according to past experiences and memories
- I do not Allow myself to hold onto memories and definitions of myself as being Abusive, Deceptive and Secretive
- I let go of All definitions of Viktor as being Abusive, Deceptive and Secretive
- I let go of All definitions of myself as being Abusive, Deceptive and Secretive
- I am not defined, limited or conditioned according to memory and past experiences. I am Here in Every Moment of Every Breath, Equal as Everyone else and as such I Stand new in Every Moment
